  2. Salary and Benefits - PGY2 Medication-Use Safety and Policy Residency

    Estimated Stipend $61,090 Vacation/PTO Residents accrue paid time off (PTO) during the one-year residency program. Use of PTO will be in accordance with the residents' PTO policy. Insurance Residents are eligible for medical, prescription, dental, vision, long-term disability and short-term disability insurance. Professional Liability Insurance Residents are covered by the hospital's general professional liability insurance. Educational Stipend Reasonable expenses for travel to the ASHP Mid-Year Meeting and a regional residency research conference are reimbursable.

    Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Inova Fairfax Hospital is the largest hospital in Northern Virginia and the flagship facility of Inova Health System. It is located on a 50+ acre campus ten miles west of Washington, DC. The medical campus actually houses six integrated institutions (Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Children's Hospital, Inova Women's Hospital, Inova Heart Vascular Institute and Inova Schar Cancer Institute). Combined, these institutions have over 900 inpatient beds. The site is also the location for the University of Virginia School of Medicine (UVA) – Inova Campus.
