  2. Eligibility Requirements & Application Process

    Program Information The Cardiology Fellowship Program at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus accepts three (3) fellows annually. All qualified applicants are considered for interviews. However, due to the large number of applications we receive, we are not able to offer an interview to all qualified candidates. All interviews will be done virtually during the 2020 interview season. Application Information Candidates must submit all required information through ERAS. Paper applications are not accepted.

    Mission Statement The Inova Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program’s overall mission is to care for the diversity of patients and cardiac pathology in Northern Virginia and surrounding communities by educating cardiovascular disease fellows in the practice of cardiovascular medicine. Our goal is to train the next leaders in clinical practice, clinical investigation, and medical education. We will assist the fellows in developing the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary to become excellent independent practitioners and lifelong learners.
