    To be eligible for our FREE services, children must: Be under the age of 21 Have a physical medical condition expected to last 12 months or longer Live in one of these areas: County of: Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania or Stafford City of: Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas City or Manassas Park

Our professional case managers take the time to get to know each child and family’s unique needs so that we can help to coordinate care and find the best healthcare and community services in Northern Virginia. Our education consultant helps families understand the special education process.

  7. Paying for Healthcare

    Medical expenses for a child with disabilities can be significant. Our professional case managers can help families to: Make the best use of health insurance Apply for public benefits Find grants and ther programs to help pay for or reduce medical costs Financial assistance is available for those who are uninsured, under insured, or whose families have gross family income at or below 300 percent of the federal poverty level. Funds are limited and can assist with payment for certain services such as: Medications Durable medical equipment Physician-specialty office visits.
  8. ElderLink: A Beacon of Light for Older Adults and Their Caregivers

    ElderLink is a nonprofit partnership between Inova Health System and the Fairfax Area Agency on Aging which aims to promote the well-being, safety, and independence of older adults and caregivers. Navigating the world of services for older adults can be overwhelming. ElderLink is here to help. We listen to each unique situation and connect older adults and their caregivers to services that may help them meet their individual goals and needs.
  9. Health Information Partnership

    Health Information Partnership (HIP) is a collaboration between Inova and Fairfax County Public Library to improve community access to health information. Through joint programs and initiatives geared toward health consumers, HIP helps bring reliable health information and services to a wider audience of Fairfax County residents.
