We listen to each unique situation and connect older adults and their caregivers to services that may help them meet their individual goals and needs.

The Inova Health Access team identifies uninsured adults and children and connects them with an appropriate and affordable source of quality healthcare services.

Health Information Partnership (HIP) is a collaboration between Inova and Fairfax County Public Library to improve community access to health information. Through joint programs and initiatives geared toward health consumers, HIP helps bring reliable health information and services to a wider audience of Fairfax County residents.

Inova Cares Clinic for Families (ICCF) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients who reflect the culturally diverse community we serve. Our clinics serve as medical homes for patients of all ages, regardless of immigration status, who qualify for Medicaid, FAMIS, Inova’s Financial Assistance Program, or are uninsured.
