    Putting Healthy Food Within Reach SNAP The Inova Health Foundation has established an incentive program for recipients of SNAP benefits (formerly food stamps) to purchase fresh, local foods at a number of farmers markets in Northern Virginia. Shoppers using their Virginia EBT card at participating markets will receive up to $20 in matching funds from Inova for SNAP purchases at that market.
