You can also call the clinic directly to be forwarded to the after-hours line. This service is only available when the clinic is closed.     Frequently Asked Questions When Should I Arrive? Expand Content Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. What If I Am Late? Expand Content If you are more than 5 minutes late, we WILL NOT be able to see your child at the scheduled time. The appointment WILL be rescheduled for later in the day or a different day. Why Is the Late Policy so Strict? Expand Content Each appointment is 15 minutes long. Late arrivals delay the doctors and slow down the clinic.
