The program provides free services in Arlington, Fairfax and Prince William counties and the city of Alexandria to promote healthy child development, and to prevent child abuse and neglect, for families with children pre-birth to age 3 or 4 (depending on jurisdiction). Northern Virginia Area Health Education Center Location(s): Fairfax Services: The mission of NVAHEC at Mason is to improve health care access and quality across Northern Virginia.
