Dr. Samir Kanani is a specialty care physician board certified in radiation oncology and Co-Director of the Stereotactic Radiosurgery Program at Radiation Oncology Associates. He joined Radiation Oncology Associates in 2004. His professional interests include treatment of cancers of the prostate, brain, lung, esophagus, head and neck, and gastrointestinal tract. Dr. Kanani attended University of Texas in Austin and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in psychology and biology. -

Dr. Samrawit "Sam" Berhanu is a board certified OB-GYN. She has been practicing since 2010, and she joined Inova Health System in 2017. Dr. Berhanu enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecologic care, and she has a special interest in high-risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception care and management of abnormal Pap smears. Her goal is to provide compassionate care for all women through all phases of their lives. She especially enjoys serving uninsured and low-income patients.
