Dr. Sima Bina is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova with more than eight years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in the management of high-risk pregnancies, complex gynecological procedures and gynecological surgeries, including minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries. Vanessa Hodge is a doctor of physical therapy who first joined Inova Physical Therapy Centers in 2004. Vanessa treats a wide variety of orthopedic patients, and particularly enjoys working with knee, shoulder, ankle and post-operative cases. She attended the College of William and Mary and earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology. Continuing on to the Medical College of Virginia, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a focus on orthopedic care.
