Dr. Sabrina Jennings is a fellowship-trained neuropsychologist with specialization in sport concussion management. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2018. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Jennings completed a post-doctoral fellowship within the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Sports Medicine Concussion Program. She strives to provide targeted and individualized concussion care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. Dr.

Sahar Perez is a board-certified physician assistant. She joined Inova GIMG with more than two years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and building relationships with her patients. She also enjoys managing chronic illnesses and working on lifestyle changes with her patients to help improve their overall health. Sahar currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter. In her spare time she enjoys baking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
