Cecilia “Rea” Garcia is a family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2015 as a registered nurse and has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2021.  Prior to joining Inova, Cecilia worked as a registered nurse in cardiac intensive care unit at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. She worked in cardiac telemetry prior to her critical care experience. She is certified as a cardiovascular registered nurse through the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine. Cecilia treats both adult and geriatric cardiovascular patients.   

Dr. Cecilia Young is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova VIP 360° in 2022 with more than 30 years of clinical experience. Dr. Young graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Barnes Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis. After practicing for a few years in Maryland, Dr. Young moved to Northern Virginia in 1999 and has practiced in this area ever since.
