Casey Reilly is a certified physician assistant in gastroenterology. She joined Inova Health System in 2022 and has been practicing since 2018. Prior to joining Inova, Casey worked in acute care surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. She graduated from the physician assistant program at Mercer University in Atlanta. Before beginning her attending PA studies, she was an emergency medical technician for the town of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, and an emergency room patient care technician at Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ.

Casey was born and raised in upstate New York near Albany. He completed his bachelor's degree at Sage College of Albany in New York in 2016. During that time, he played D3 soccer and competed in the NCAA tournament his junior year. Following his undergraduate education, Casey completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY in 2019. He has also completed SFMA Level 1 and become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In 2021, he moved to Virginia to pursue the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program program at Inova.

Dr. Cassandra Presti is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2018 and has been practicing since 2018. Previously, Dr. Presti was an obstetrics and gynecology resident at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA.
