Charleen Nosar is an internal medicine adult nurse practitioner board certified in adult practice. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than 40 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in diabetes management and obesity. Most recently Charleen served as an adult nurse practitioner in internal medicine with Dr. James Werner, as well as at Inova Urgent Care. Dr. Charlotte Kastl is a specialty care physician board certified in general neurology. She joined Inova Neurology with more than 13 years of clinical experience. She is the Co-Medical Director of the Inova Headache Program and Medical Director of the Inova Concussion Program.
