Claras S Ellis, MD

Dr. Claras Ellis is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than three years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in the management of chronic disease, preventive care and women’s health. Dr. Ellis became interested in primary care because of its broad scope of practice, which allows her to care for patients of all age groups – ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their health by providing patient-centered, comprehensive care. A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Dr. Ellis immigrated to Naples, Florida, at the age of 8. She currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Florida State University Seminoles. She also enjoys playing sports and being outdoors.
