Dr. Angela Pennisi is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hematology. She has a special interest in the management of all types and stages of breast cancer. Dr. Pennisi is passionate about connecting with her patients for personalized care and providing comprehensive oncology care from diagnosis to survivorship, while advancing breast cancer research. She received her medical degree from the University of Catania School of Medicine and Surgery in Catania, Italy.

As an Air Force spouse, Angie has worked in a variety of clinical and community settings around the country, including at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital.
