Dr. Andrew Fanous is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He joined Inova Medical Group with more than seven years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in surgical management of spine disorders and tumors. Dr. Andrew Fanous is a native of Alexandria, Egypt. He graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College, where he completed his undergraduate studies in molecular biology, biochemistry and German literature with highest departmental honors.
