Dr. Lexington Culpepper is a vascular neurologist at Inova Fairfax Hospital who joined Inova Health System in 2019 with eight years of clinical experience. He has an interest in the management of cerebrovascular disease and stroke disorders with a special interest in stroke in young populations, stroke’s racial and socioeconomic disparities, and the prevalence of stroke in persons with HIV/AIDS.   He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ande received her Associate's degree in General Studies in 1994 and completed her Associate's Degree as Physical Therapist Assistant in 1996 from Northern Virginia Community College. She was employed at Patriots Outpatient Sports Medicine in Burke, Virginia for 2 years before coming to Inova in 1998.  She treats a variety of orthopedic patients from pediatric to the elderly. She enjoys exercising, especially biking in the park.
