Dr. Amir Butt is a specialty care physician board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine at Inova Health System. He joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2004. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Butt worked as consultant in gastroenterology at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Saudi Arabia. His clinical areas of interest include endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic ultrasound, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, bile duct stones, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer screening, and peptic ulcer disease. Dr. Amish Gandhi is a specialty physician board certified in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. He joins Inova Medical Group with over 8 years of clinical experience in managing endocrine patients. He has a special interest in management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and thyroid disorders. Most recently Dr. Gandhi served as a clinical endocrinologist with NOVA Medical Group. Dr. Gandhi became interested in endocrinology because it allows him to help patients be proactive in preventing possible complications from diabetes.

Dr. Mahajan is the medical director of interventional pulmonology and the complex airways disease program at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. He is board certified in interventional pulmonology, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and internal medicine. He has a special interest in management of malignant complex airway diseases, airway complications following lung transplantation, and bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVR) for patients with severe emphysema. Additionally, he oversees the Inova incidental lung nodule program and the Inova lung cancer screening program.
