    Dr. Amish Gandhi is a specialty physician board certified in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. He joins Inova Medical Group with over 8 years of clinical experience in managing endocrine patients. He has a special interest in management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and thyroid disorders.     Dr. Mahajan is the medical director of interventional pulmonology and the complex airways disease program at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. He is board certified in interventional pulmonology, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and internal medicine. He has a special interest in management of malignant complex airway diseases, airway complications following lung transplantation, and bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVR) for patients with severe emphysema.
