Ally received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Stockton University in 2017. She then continued her studies at Shenandoah University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Ally has a background in softball and played at the collegiate level while at Stockton University, which led to her growing interest in outpatient orthopedics. While in PT school, Ally also grew an interest in pelvic health physical therapy and has since been working on continuing education for both orthopedics and pelvic health related conditions.

Dr. Allyson Hilliard is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She initially joined Inova in 2020 before returning in 2022 and has been practicing since 2007. Prior to her new role, Dr. Hilliard served as chief executive officer and obstetrics and gynecology locum tenens at OB Consultants in National Harbor, MD. Alysia is a physical therapist at the Inova Physical Therapy Center Springfield location. She is a local and went to West Springfield High School, across the street from the Springfield clinic. She attended Old Dominion University and received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in exercise science. She then attended Shenandoah University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, Alysia began treating patients with a variety of diagnoses including sports, overuse, and traumatic related injuries as well as pre and post-surgical patients.
