Dr. Ana Maria Born is a physician board certified in family practice. She joins Inova Medical Group with over 5 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of women’s health and preventative medicine for the whole family. Most recently Dr. Born served as a physician at an internal medicine practice in Alexandria, VA, prior to that in family practice in Bealton, VA. Dr. Born became interested in family practice because she believes that treating the whole family is the most effective way to help people stay healthy.

Ana Zeballos is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2015 and has been practicing as an obstetrics and gynecology provider for more than six years. Prior to joining Inova, Ana worked as a registered nurse for seven years. Her work experience and background are in the fields of inpatient neurology, occupational health and public health.

Dr. Lexington Culpepper is a vascular neurologist at Inova Fairfax Hospital who joined Inova Health System in 2019 with eight years of clinical experience. He has an interest in the management of cerebrovascular disease and stroke disorders with a special interest in stroke in young populations, stroke’s racial and socioeconomic disparities, and the prevalence of stroke in persons with HIV/AIDS.   He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
