Dr. Stephen Malekzadeh is a specialty care physician board certified in orthopedic surgery. He has been a surgeon with Inova Medical Group for the past 8 years specializing in management of fractures, nonunions, malunions, deformity correction, pelvis and acetabular fractures/injuries, infections, and hip and knee joint replacement surgery. Dr. Malekzadeh has been active in research, publications and teaching. Notably, he has co-authored a chapter on pelvic fracture surgery in a leading orthopedic surgery textbook.

Alisa (Allie) is a native of Newark, DE, and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Delaware in 2015. She then moved to Arlington, VA, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in 2019. Allie has a special interest in pediatrics and enjoys working with infants and young children to help them achieve gross motor milestones. She is also working toward her pelvic health specialization with a focus on pre and post-partum care.

Alison Conforto is a specialty care physician assistant. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2018.  Prior to joining Inova, Alison worked as a physician assistant with the department of hematology/oncology at George Washington University.

Alison Rude is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2008. Alison has a special interest in acute care surgery.
