Amy joined Inova Physical Therapy after completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University in 2020. Her passion for sports medicine stems from her experiences while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at the University of South Carolina. There, she had the privilege to work with a variety of collegiate and high school athletes while studying to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. Amy continues to expand her knowledge with a variety of education opportunities in order to provide holistic care to all of her patients.

Amy Oppelt is a board-certified primary care physician assistant. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2013. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Blue. She especially loves playing tennis, riding her bike and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Dr. Amy Sinha is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2007. Dr. Sinha is originally from Chicago, IL. Dr. Amy Nobu is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 1986. During Dr. Nobu’s career, she lived in Tanzania and manned the American Embassy Clinic from 1993 to 1995. She has also worked at another family practice office in Burke and has enjoyed serving the family-oriented community in a smaller neighborhood setting for 21 years.
