We urge you to ask questions, be proactive and take an active part in your healthcare plan. If you have questions or concerns, please discuss these with any staff member or contact the surgery center’s Administrator.

Pre-Op Information Interview: Before your surgery, one of our nurses will call you to conduct a telephone interview. During your interview a registered nurse will verbally inform you of your Patient Rights and Responsibilities. If this interview does not occur before your scheduled day of surgery your procedure may need to be rescheduled. For your convenience, feel free to call us at 703-766-6941 between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm. (M-F) to complete your interview.

PAY BILL ONLINE NOTE: The above link is ONLY for patients who have had a surgery or procedure performed at the OUTPATIENT Inova Northern Virginia Surgery Center at Fair Oaks. Please check your bill carefully before attempting to use this system. Insurance Before the date of your surgery you will need to provide us with insurance information. Some insurance companies require pre-certification before surgery.
