    We can provide better healthcare when you and your family work together as partners with our staff. It is our responsibility to advise you of your rights as a patient. You also have responsibilities in your treatment and care. We urge you to ask questions, be proactive and take an active part in your healthcare plan. If you have questions or concerns, please discuss these with any staff member or contact the surgery center’s Administrator.
  2. Before Your Surgery

    Pre-Op Information Interview: Before your surgery, one of our nurses will call you to conduct a telephone interview. During your interview a registered nurse will verbally inform you of your patient rights and responsibilities. If this interview does not occur before your scheduled day of surgery your procedure may need to be rescheduled. For your convenience, feel free to call us at 571-209-6440 or 571-209-6441 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.(M-F) if you have any questions.

Insurance Before the date of your surgery you will need to provide us with insurance information. Some insurance companies require pre-certification before surgery. It is your responsibility to ensure that all appropriate paperwork, provided by your surgeon, has been completed to allow our Business Office to obtain pre-certification from your insurance company.

    The Ladies Board Supporting Inova Loudoun Hospital Since Its Very Beginning The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital is a non-profit organization whose mission is to benefit the hospital and promote goodwill between the hospital and our community. Members engage in a variety of activities such as organizing the annual rummage sale, staffing the hospital gift shop and Twice as Nice thrift store, and organizing the Lights of Love tree program. The Ladies Board also raises money for nursing scholarships, patient services and special projects.
