Dr. Rajesh Gupta is a neurologist and board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology with more than 23 years of clinical experience. He is a part of the Inova Neurology practice and care team for the Inova Epilepsy Center. Previous to Inova, Dr. Gupta served as a neurologist at Westerly Hospital in Rhode Island. He has a special interest in the management of epilepsy, headache, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases and stroke. Dr.

Dr. Rajev I. Nain is board certified in general surgery and completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery at Penn State University.  His special interests are minimally invasive surgical procedures involving anti-reflux, hernias, colo-rectal, solid organ (such as appendectomy), surgical treatment for morbid obesity, and endoscopy.  He is currently a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of the American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Society of the Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the Prince William Medical Society.

Dr. Ramata Niang is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than 10 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of risk pregnancies, uterine fibroids, menopause and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Niang became interested in obstetrics and gynecology to provide care that encompasses all levels for women, including the birth of a child, contraception for a young woman, and helping women through menopause.

Dr. Ramesh Singh is a cardiac surgeon who performs the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery with a special interest in minimally invasive heart surgery and advanced heart failure. He is board certified in cardiac and thoracic surgery, and is the surgical director of Inova Heart & Vascular Institute’s Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. He also serves as surgical director for mechanical circulatory support services. He joins Inova with more than 15 years of clinical experience.

Dr. Tabbarah is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He is fellowship trained in management of abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids and minimally invasive procedures including robotic surgery. Dr. Tabbarah became interested in obstetrics and gynecology because of a general interest in women’s health and female pelvic disorders.
