    Dr. Rachel Casey is the Medical Director of Inova Children’s Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology and is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology with a focused practice designation in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Inova Health System. Dr. Casey is a passionate advocate and educator for the healthcare of women and children. This spans from educating her patients, to events in our local community, to work on national healthcare initiatives.

    Rachel Sparks is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2017. Prior to joining Broadlands Family Practice - Ashburn, An Inova Partner, Rachel worked as a nurse in the ICU and labor and delivery before getting her nurse practitioner’s degree. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and going on hikes with her dog Penny. Accreditations/Memberships Member, American Association of Nurse Practitioners
