Dr. Quang Nguyen is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. He joined Inova Health System in 2022 and has been practicing since 2014. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Nguyen worked at NYU Langone Health in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Nguyen enjoys managing clinical areas of interest such as patient education and advocacy, a shared decision-making model, developmental pediatrics, weight management, mental health, and women's health. He has experience working with entire families including caring for children, parents and grandparents. Dr.

Rachael Hurwitz is a specialty care physician assistant. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2015.  Prior to joining Inova, Rachael worked as a senior physician assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.

Rachel Spiotto is a board-certified physician assistant. She joined Inova Health System in 2013 and has been practicing since 2011. Rachel worked as a physician assistant in bariatric and general surgery for one and a half years before joining Inova. Born and raised in New Jersey, Rachel graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in biology. In 2011, she graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at George Washington University, receiving her MS in Health Sciences. Rachel lives in Arlington.
