Megan has been a member of the Inova Physical Therapy Center team since 2002 and a member of the Woodbridge staff since 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Radford University in 1998. Megan then completed her Associate in Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Northern Virginia Community College in 2001.

Meghan Lainoff is a board-certified, specialty care physician assistant. Meghan graduated from Radford Carilion University in Roanoke, VA, where she obtained her Physician Assistant degree in 2018. She is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2019.
