Meike joined Inova Physical Therapy Center - Franconia-Springfield in 2015 and is now one of the senior therapists caring for patients. She completed both her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and her doctorate in physical therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Meike has been practicing in outpatient orthopedic clinics since 2013 and has been a Certified Functional Manual Therapist since 2019.

Melanie Sov is a physician assistant at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2021. A native of Virginia Beach, VA, Melanie began her career in the field of physical therapy as a physical therapy assistant in 1997. She received her master's degree in physical therapy from Neumann College in Aston, PA, in 2002. Melanie then received her doctorate degree in physical therapy at Shenandoah University in 2021. Her experience includes tenures in several skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and nursing home centers, home health companies and outpatient orthopedic clinics. Melanie joined Inova Physical Therapy in 2013.
