Kelly joined our team in 2017 after moving to the DC area to be near friends and family. She worked prior to this move in Blacksburg, Virginia, with the Virginia Tech Hokies and as a clinic director with University Physical Therapy for 5 years. Kelly graduated from Virginia Tech in 2005 with an Honors Baccalaureate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2012. Kelly excels in the treatment of sports injuries and rehabilitation. -

Kendal M Endicott, MD
Dr. Kendal Endicott is a specialty care physician board certified in surgery and vascular surgery. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2018. Dr. Endicott completed her surgical training with distinction at George Washington University Medical Center with subsequent fellowship training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She has a special interest in aortic disease and has authored many cardiovascular and vascular surgery publications. -

Kendall joined Inova Sports Medicine in August 2019 as a clinical athletic trainer and has been state licensed and board certified since 2014. She is trained in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, and works alongside the orthopedic surgeons at Inova Sports Medicine to treat a range of athletes and patients. Kendall earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She earned her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. -

Dr. Kendall Hancock is a specialty care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2017. Dr. Hancock completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She attended medical school at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and then completed her family medicine residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Fairfax Family Practice before doing a fellowship in advanced women’s health care at the University of Tennessee.
