Kathryn Colcher is a family nurse practitioner board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2002. Prior to joining Herndon Family Medicine, An Inova Partner, Kathryn was a nurse on several pediatric inpatient units at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Her clinical interests are pediatrics, women's health, and mental health and preventive care. Kathryn likes spending time with family, reading and arts and crafts.

Dr. Kathryn Hare is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2006.

Kathy has been a Physical Therapist with Inova Health System since 1991. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from Marquette University and has worked in outpatient orthopedics for her entire career. Kathy is a certified lymphedema specialist and also an American Physical Therapy Association-credentialed instructor. She is STAR certified in cancer rehabilitation. Kathy is an active participant of the Breast Cancer Steering Committee at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.

Katie Counter is a state-licensed and nationally-certified athletic trainer with more than 13 years of experience. She joined Inova Sports Medicine in 2015 and she works as a clinical athletic trainer. She is trained in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, and works alongside orthopedic surgeons and primary care sports medicine physicians treating athletes and patients of all ages and ability. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in athletic training at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA.
