    Dr. Emily Way is the Medical Director of Inova Children’s Rheumatology and is a specialty care physician board certified in pediatric rheumatology and pediatrics at Inova Health System. She received her medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, in 2008. Dr. Way completed her pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina Children's Hospital in Charleston and completed her fellowship training in pediatric rheumatology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.     Dr. Emily Ngan is a board-eligible obstetrician and gynecologist. She joined Inova Health Sytem in 2021 and has been practicing since 2017.  She has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, fibroids, contraception, routine/high-risk obstetrics and promoting enhanced recovery after surgery. Dr. Ngan chose a career in women’s health because of the unique opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships while providing cutting-edge surgical and medical care.
