    Emily has been part of the Inova Physical Therapy team since 2017. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and a minor in coaching education. She went on to graduate with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2016. Emily has a passion for treating patients with sports related injuries, pediatrics, and neurological disorders. She prefers to treat with a combination of a hands-on approach and strengthening.

    Dr. Emily Faltemier is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2007. Dr. Faltemier enjoys the full spectrum of family medicine – babies, children, women's health, adult medicine and office procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She also likes gardening, cooking and being involved with the kids' activities.

    Dr. Emily Grodinsky is a vascular neurologist board certified in general neurology and vascular neurology. Dr. Grodinsky serves as an inpatient vascular neurologist and also sees stroke and general neurology patients in the stroke outpatient clinic setting. She joined Inova Health System in 2021 after completing her fellowship in vascular neurology.   Her specialties include general neurology and vascular (stroke) neurology.  She is committed to providing compassionate care that balances evidence-based medical recommendations with the patient's preferences for treatment.

    Dr. Emily S. Kowalski is a specialty care physician board certified in radiation oncology. Her clinical and research interests include general radiation oncology with special interest in innovative approaches to breast, gynecologic and head and neck malignancies; radiation of benign and malignant primary and secondary brain tumors; and palliative radiation. Dr. Kowalski completed her training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in the Department of Radiation Oncology, where she served as chief resident.
