1. Vascular Ultrasound

    Vascular ultrasound uses sound waves to evaluate the body's circulatory system and help identify blockages in the arteries and veins and detect blood clots. A Doppler ultrasound study – a technique that evaluates blood flow through a blood vessel – is usually part of this exam. Ultrasound is a non-invasive exam that does not use ionizing radiation, has no known harmful effects, and provides images of soft tissues that don't show up on X-ray images.

    HIV and STI Testing Information Starting on Friday February 11, Juniper will be offering STI testing (HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and/or syphilis). Appointments are available on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Juniper Fairfax location on Prosperity Ave. To schedule an appointment, call the front desk at 703-321-2600. You do not need to be an established Juniper patient to schedule a visit. At this time, we are only able to offer testing services to patients who have insurance. Please check back soon for appointment availability for those without insurance!
