Dr. Upama Giri is a specialty physician board eligible in benign hematology and medical oncology and board certified in internal medicine.  She joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 2018. Vanessa has been working as a physical therapist since 1996. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines Manila and later got her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. She enjoys working as a physical therapist and has worked with different populations, from infants to the elderly. She believes it is a privilege to be able to take care of her patients and help them get better.

Vanessa Rodriguez, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified by the ANCC with a clinical interest in Obstetrics. In practice since 2014, Vanessa received her education from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at George Mason University & George Washington University. She speaks English and Spanish. Outside of the clinic, Vanessa likes to spend time with her husband and three children.
