Dr. Tania Damavandy is a board certified OB-GYN and joined Inova in 2010. She works at the charity clinic at Inova Cares Clinic for Women and as a GYN Hospitalist at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Her duties include being a safety net officer, providing emergency services and surgeries for the uninsured and back-up services and surgery for private patients, and gynecological surgery to referral patients from the Fairfax County Health Department.

Toni Nelson is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 1985. Outside of work, Toni enjoys being with her children, cooking, traveling, attending church, reading and taking care of her many pets.

Taso Sakkas is a licensed physical therapy assistant. He joined Inova Health System in 2020. Taso has a passion for treating patients and achieving clinical excellence. His clinical expertise and interests include spine and sports rehabilitation where he incorporates his passion for fitness with physical therapy. Taso is also certified in Sportsmetrics, an ACL Injury Prevention Program.
