Dr. Shreya Desai is a primary care physician who is board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2021. Dr. Desai enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. She has a special interest in preventive care and GYN care. She also specializes in diagnosing and treating chronic illnesses and performing joint injections as well as other in-office procedures. He joins Inova Medical Group – Ashburn with more than 30 years of clinical experience, including 15 years in private practice. Dr. Edunuri is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joins Inova Medical Group with over five years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in management of hypertension, diabetes, and preventative medicine. Most recently Dr. Edunuri served as a primary care physician in Michigan. Dr. Edunuri became interested in primary care because she wanted to take care of patients from birth and grow with them and be a part of their life. The variety and diversity of patients in primary care is what keeps her motivated at work. -

Dr. Shwetha Thukuntla is a specialty care physician board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism at Inova Health System. She has a special interest in management of diabetes and pituitary disorders. She enjoys working with adults and the elderly population. Dr. Thukuntla believes in building long-term relationships and working together to accomplish a desired goal. Her goal is to help her patients feel heard and achieve their goals.
