Dr. Clement attended the University of South Alabama Medical School and completed his internship and residency at Tulane University Affiliated Hospitals in New Orleans, LA. He completed his fellowship in endocrinology at Joslin Diabetes Center, Boston, MA. Dr. Clement served as a U.S. Army physician at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in the role of director of the diabetes program.

Dr. Stephen Varga is a specialty care physician board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care. He joined Inova Medical Group with more than 13 years of clinical experience. He has a special interest in management of trauma patients, emergency general surgery and critical care medicine. Dr. Varga’s interest in trauma and emergency general surgery was instilled and nourished through his time as an Air Force surgeon, providing life-saving treatment to wounded soldiers in Afghanistan and in the U.S.

Theodore (Ted) Compton graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in accounting. After graduating, he spent 18 years working as a CPA in public accounting and financial and risk management consulting. After having his own physical therapy in 2018, Ted was inspired to make a career change, in order to invest his talents into helping people live more active and pain free lives.

Dr. Stephen Kim is a specialty care physician board certified in pediatric surgery and surgery. He joined Inova Health System in 2022 and has been practicing since 1994. Prior to becoming the system chief of pediatric surgery for Inova, Dr. Kim was the medical director of pediatric surgery for a private practice, medical director of children's surgical services and was also the chief of pediatric surgery at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus and Inova Children’s Hospital.
