    Dr. Leonard Ilkhanoff is a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist specializing in the treatment of heart rhythm disorders. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He joined Inova with more than 19 years of clinical experience. Dr. Ilkhanoff served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine before joining Inova. Dr. Ilkhanoff is an expert in the management of a wide array of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation (Afib) and ventricular tachycardia.

    Lerato Kitleli-Musingarimi is a licensed physical therapist. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 1999. Lerato has been part of the Integrity Rehab Group team, working in conjunction with the Sports Medicine Department at Fairfax Family Practice. Their focus is on sports and orthopedic injuries including PRP treatment as well as other innovative techniques.
