Jessica Watts is a family nurse practitioner at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2016 and has been practicing since 2016. Jessica previously worked as a registered nurse in the progressive coronary care unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. She was recognized at Inova Fairfax Hospital for early STEMI recognition and activation. Jill joined Inova Physical Therapy Center in 2015. She graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has a passion for the pelvic health and also treats vestibular disorders. She loves working with patients to identify their barriers to optimal function from a holistic perspective. She enjoys supporting the Inova Mount Vernon clinic to provide exceptional patient care to our community. A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Jill and her husband now live in Alexandria, VA.

Dr. Jin Youn is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2022 and has been practicing since 2015. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Youn worked as a physician at Kaiser/TPMG in Modesto, CA. Dr. Youn’s clinical areas of interest include obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, vaginitis, menopause and adolescent/pediatric gynecology. Dr. Youn’s interest in women's health started when she went on medical missions to Gambia in 2009.

Dr. Jina Kim is a specialty care physician board eligible in general surgery and fellowship-trained in endocrine surgery. She has a special interest in caring for patients with endocrine diseases and performs surgeries of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. Patients with endocrine tumors often need specialized, multidisciplinary care, and she feels fortunate to be able to provide such care at Inova. Dr. Kim joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing endocrine surgery since 2019. Prior to joining Inova, Dr.
