Dr. Jessica McAfee is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2011. During Dr. McAfee’s residency, she participated in and led two medical mission trips to Honduras with the Shoulder to Shoulder Program and participated in a project involving lobbying on Capitol Hill to ensure continuing support for healthcare in underserved areas of the country. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, exploring new cultures and cuisines, cooking for family, playing bagpipes, hiking and camping with family.

Jessica Sinclair is a board-certified physician assistant at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2015 and has been practicing since 2011. Prior to joining Inova, Jessica worked as a certified physician assistant at Carient Heart and Vascular. While there, she worked collaboratively to provide comprehensive and evidence-based care to patients with various cardiovascular diseases including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia and valvular heart disease.
