Jessica first joined Inova Physical Therapy as a Rehabilitation Technician in 2013. She then graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College with her Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2016 to begin her career as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Between her work as a technician and a PTA, Jessica gained experience with military members at the Hickam Outpatient Clinic in Honolulu, HI, as well as with senior and geriatric patients at skilled nursing facilities with Genesis Rehab Services.

Dr. Jessica McAfee is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing since 2011. During Dr. McAfee’s residency, she participated in and led two medical mission trips to Honduras with the Shoulder to Shoulder Program and participated in a project involving lobbying on Capitol Hill to ensure continuing support for healthcare in underserved areas of the country. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, exploring new cultures and cuisines, cooking for family, playing bagpipes, hiking and camping with family.
