Ben has been with Inova Health System since 2011 and has been a physical therapist since 2007. He received his education at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He also went back to obtain his Master's in Business Administration with a Certificate in Data Analytics in 2021. Ben has experience in various areas of physical therapy acute, skilled nursing, home health and outpatient care where he has spent the majority of career professionally since joining Inova.

Bessie received a BS degree from George Mason University. She later graduated with a Master of Science in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. She has completed coursework in manual therapy and joint mobilizations. She is a credentialed clinical instructor from the American Physical Therapy Association.
