Barry Frederick Walter, MD
Dr. Barry Walter is a board-certified surgeon. He joined Inova Health System in 2021 and has been practicing since 1991. Read Dr. Walter's Personal Statement Below I’ve wanted to pursue a career as a surgeon since I was a kid. I had a book called “All about the Human Body.” It had a big impact on me. I love biology and I love fixing things, so it was a perfect fit. I want patients to understand their medical problem, how I can fix it, and to feel comfortable with their decision to have surgery. The most important thing about any surgery is for patients to trust their surgeon implicitly. -
