1. Gillian Harrison, MD

    Dr. Gillian Harrison is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2023. She specializes in the management of skull base lesions, pituitary tumors, benign and malignant brain tumors, and trigeminal neuralgia. She has experience in endoscopic endonasal and minimally invasive cranial surgery as well as stereotactic radiosurgery. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Harrison completed residency training in neurological surgery at New York University.

    Dr. Jonathan Bigwood is a primary care physician board certified in pediatrics at Inova Health System. He joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2003. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Bigwood worked as a pediatrician at Monument Health Hospital in Spearfish, SD. Dr. Bigwood is grateful to have grown up in a large family, where education was valued, as those formative experiences helped steer him toward medicine and pediatrics.

    Dr. Dora Dhakal is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2020. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Dhakal worked as a primary care physician at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, GA. Outside the office, Dr. Dhakal enjoys playing badminton and ping pong, reading, traveling and exploring new places, trying new restaurants, watching movies with family and friends, and volunteering in her community. She speaks fluent English, fluent Nepali, advanced Hindi and basic Spanish.
