    Ava Nazemian is a board certified primary care family nurse practitioner at Inova Health System. She has been at Inova since 2017. Ava received her master’s in nursing from George Mason University in 2022. Her prior experience includes adult and pediatric emergency medicine.     Dr. Gillian Harrison is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2023. She specializes in the management of skull base lesions, pituitary tumors, benign and malignant brain tumors, and trigeminal neuralgia. She has experience in endoscopic endonasal and minimally invasive cranial surgery as well as stereotactic radiosurgery. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Harrison completed residency training in neurological surgery at New York University.
