Ava Nazemian, FNP

Ava Nazemian is a board certified primary care family nurse practitioner at Inova Health System. She has been at Inova since 2017. Ava received her master’s in nursing from George Mason University in 2022. Her prior experience includes adult and pediatric emergency medicine. She worked as a registered nurse at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital’s emergency room, and prior to that, as a clinical technician at Inova Fairfax Hospital’s emergency room. Ava’s special interests include women’s health and pediatrics. She believes the foundation of overall wellbeing is within primary care and strives to educate and empower her patients to take charge of their health. Ava is a native of Northern Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, friends and dog. She is fluent in Farsi.
