Pre-Op Information Interview: Before your surgery, one of our nurses will call you to conduct a telephone interview. If this interview does not occur before your scheduled day of surgery your procedure may need to be rescheduled. Some insurance companies require pre-certification before surgery. It is your responsibility to ensure that all appropriate paperwork, provided by your surgeon, has been completed to allow our Business Office to obtain pre-certification from your insurance company. Your surgeon’s office staff should assist you in the process.
