Failure to renew license or insurance will result in suspension of medical staff privileges at the Inova entity(ies) until renewal is verified by the Centralized Credentialing Office. The Centralized Credentialing Office monitors expiration dates and reports expiring certificates/licenses to the Medical Staff Offices. All practitioners on staff at an Inova entity must provide Centralized Credentialing with renewed credentials or certificates PRIOR to expiration.
