Emily is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with her master's in dietetics. She formerly worked on the bone marrow transplant unit at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she first discovered her passion for oncology before relocating to the Northern Virginia area to work on the inpatient oncology unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital in 2019.

Marion is originally from Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in nutrition and dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship through Virginia Tech with rotations throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.

While she has been caring for patients at the Inova Loudoun Radiation Oncology Center since this time, she officially joined the Inova Schar Cancer Institute and Life with Cancer nutrition team in March 2021. Molly is a transplant from San Antonio, TX, where she completed her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics and her dietetic internship at the University of the Incarnate Word.

Kelsey grew up in New Jersey before completing her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics at the University of Delaware. Kelsey then completed her dietetic internship through Virginia Tech with rotations throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. She has experience providing medical nutrition therapy in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.

    Dr. Serrano is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joins Inova Medical Group – Gainesville with more than five years of family medicine experience. She was previously in private practice in Haymarket, VA. Dr. Serrano’s interests in medicine lie in the whole family with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, pediatrics, and acute care. Dr. Serrano was born in New York but has lived in different parts of the world and enjoys meeting people from different walks of life.
