    Ben has been with Inova Health System since 2011 and has been a physical therapist since 2007. He received his education at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He also went back to obtain his Master's in Business Administration with a Certificate in Data Analytics in 2021. Ben has experience in various areas of physical therapy acute, skilled nursing, home health and outpatient care where he has spent the majority of career professionally since joining Inova.

She joined the Inova Schar Cancer Institute team in May 2021. Carrie graduated from the College of William and Mary with her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. She then went on to receive her master’s degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and completed her clinical training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
