Dr. Rex Ruiz is a board-certified family physician. He re-joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing at Family Medicine of Clifton/Centreville since 1999. Dr. Ruiz is bilingual in Spanish and English and advocates not only for the health of his Latino patients but also for all of Northern Virginia's diverse communities. He practices the full range of family medicine from children to adults and the elderly. He has recently become interested in telehealth. Dr. Ruiz enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. They are active in their faith community.

Dr. Ria Valencia is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2021 and has been practicing since 2010. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Valencia was an outpatient primary care physician in Springfield, OR. Dr. Valencia has a clinical interest in women’s care, preventive care, and the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. She enjoys working with women and geriatric patient populations. Dr. Valencia believes that collaborating with patients in a medical team concept is key to providing excellent quality care.

Dr. Richard Broderick is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine. He joined Inova VIP 360 in May 2018 and has more than 14 years of clinical experience. Following his graduation from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Broderick completed his residency in internal medicine and served as an active duty physician with the U.S. Army, treating members of the military, their dependents and retirees in inpatient and outpatient settings. From 2010-2011, Dr. Broderick deployed to Iraq with other soldiers from the First Infantry Division out of Fort Riley, Kansas.
