Paola has been working as a licensed physical therapist with Inova Health System since 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science at James Madison University. She also attended Marymount University, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). She was recently Sportsmetrics certified. While working on her degree she gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, including orthopedic, acute care, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and pediatric physical therapy.

Dr. Parin Naik is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova Medical Group with more than three years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in preventive care. Dr. Naik became interested in family medicine as it allows her to treat patients of all ages. Her goal is to help patients live happy and healthy lives. As a primary care physician, it is her goal to educate patients on measures and modifications that can help to prevent diseases. Dr. Naik currently resides in Fairfax, VA, with her husband.

Dr. Neeta Rao is a primary care physician board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She also completed a post-primary care fellowship in emergency medicine. Dr. Rao joined Inova Medical Group with more than five years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in the management of acute and chronic illnesses, in addition to preventive medicine. Dr. Rao became interested in family medicine because of her love for general medicine and a desire to help educate patients about their medical conditions.

Tommy Dishion joined Inova Health System in 2021. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Kentucky and graduate school at the University of Indianapolis with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has a strong interest in continuing to learn about various orthopedic and sports conditions, and is especially interested in working with baseball and golf athletes. He has plans to become a TPI certified clinician to better help rotational sport athletes. Tommy believes in empowering his patients on their road to recovery through education and techniques tailored to each patient.

Dr. Patricia Rizzo only takes appointments for breast cancer patients.  Dr. Patricia C. Rizzo is a medical oncologist board certified in hematology and oncology. She has a special interest in the management of breast cancer. She carries many years of extensive experience in the treatment of malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumors.
