Dr. Nilesh A. Vyas is board certified in neurosurgery and joined Inova Medical Group with four years of surgical and clinical experience. Although he treats all neurosurgical diseases, he has a special interest in management of cerebrovascular disorders such as brain aneurysms, AVMs, vascular malformations, carotid artery stenosis, brain tumors and complex skull base lesions. Dr. Vyas also serves as director of cerebrovascular neurological surgery as well as director of Inova Medical Group - Neurosurgery.

Niraja Shrestha joined Inova Physical Therapy Center in 2022 at the Annandale location. Niraja has more than 21 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, and her primary interest is overall well-being and injury prevention through education. Her favorite part of being a physical therapist is spending time with her patient to perform one-on-one therapy. Niraja resides in Fairfax, VA, with her spouse and two children.
